Individual Psychology & Coaching Sessions

Classic 50-minute Sessions

  • Action packed and growth-oriented with an opportunity to build upon previous discussions, check progress,
    and co-design next steps to support your goals.

  • Fee: $240 per session


Extended 90-minute Sessions

  • Preferred by those seeking extensive discussion of their experiences and areas of growth. These conversations tend to bring in greater context and perspective before co-designing next steps to optimize growth.

  • Fee: $350 per session

Psychological services are covered by most extended healthcare plans. Services are exempt from GST.

    • Dr. Bucarelli does not provide services related to ICBC, WorkSafeBC, or Return to Work (RTW) treatment following a psychological injury at work.

    • Dr. Bucarelli is unable to see clients residing outside of the province of BC. Registered Psychologists are regulated at a provincial level and must be registered in the province(s) where their clients are located.

    • Dr. Bucarelli is unable to provide services for urgent mental health needs.

New client consultation

  • Therapeutic fit is important. Bianca offers a free introductory consultation to see what it might be like to work together.

  • There is no requirement to schedule ongoing appointments following a consultation. Similarly, there is no guarantee Bianca will provide ongoing services if the issues you would like to focus on are not well-matched to her expertise.

  • Fee: No Cost

Information

    • Appointment times are during weekday evenings.

    • Sessions are offered virtually (via Zoom) or by phone to residents of BC.

    • Please provide 48 hours notice for cancellations otherwise the full session fee will be charged.

    • Payment is accepted via e-transfer.

    • Clients will receive receipts suitable to submit to their extended healthcare plan for reimbursement.

    • Direct billing to insurance providers is not available.

    • As registered health care providers, Psychologists are bound to privacy and confidentiality regulations and laws. There are some legal limitations to privacy and confidentiality. These limitations are reviewed during the initial appointment.

    • Dr. Bucarelli maintains health records in a manner that is consistent with the regulations and laws governing the practice of Psychology. I will review these practices with you during our initial appointment.

    • Dr. Bucarelli (RPsych #2576) is registered in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.*

    *The College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) was established on June 28, 2024 to unite the regulation of professional Audiologists, Dietitians, Hearing Instrument Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Opticians, Optometrists, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, and Speech-Language Pathologists in British Columbia. CHCPBC replaces the College of Psychologists of BC.
